I’ve decided that every second Sunday of the month I will treat myself to a kind of healthy take out meal/snack. So today, I had a veggy burger from Harveys (restaurant I work at). However, I couldn’t help but bring my own Whole Wheat 100calories bun. I also added spinach and cucumbers to it as well. So delicious and  so filling.  

Saturday Dinner: Brown rice vegetarian California sushi (with avocado, carrots and cucumber). Hard boiled egg. Trail mix. Oranges and honey dew melon.

My brunch before my workout: one scrambled egg with spinach, mushrooms and cheese. Oats with almond milk strawberries and raspberries. Orange slices and honey dew melon.

I can not wait for peach season. My friend from work has another job at a orchard and is going to give me them for free. Omnomnom.

Had a lovely BBQ with my boyfriend, I ate : a veggy burger on a multigrain bun with lettus, spinach, pickles, cucumber. Corn on the cob and grilled asparagus with a mixed green salad.

My dinner tonight: two homemade mini chicken pot pies (multigrain cressent rolls with low fat cream of chicken broth with carrots, broccoli, corn and chicken breast). Mixed  leaf salad with cucumbers, blackberries and almonds. Boiled egg and steam broccoli. A kiwi, half a banana and some strawberries and blueberries. Soo filling!

My new favourite breakfast: Gluten free, organic cereal (with corn, rice, flax, quinoa, buckwheat & amaranth) with skim milk and strawberries & blueberries. Yum!
