After over a mouth of spending so much money eating only healthy food and so much time working out at the gym for over an hour each day, I get rewarded with 2 pounds gained. Not lost. What is wrong with me?
Been slacking lately, but this was my dinner: lettus wrap (with hummus, quinoa, turkey slices, cucumber, celery, spinach and carrots). Hard boiled egg. Carrot sticks & broccoli. Half a corn on the cob. Apple slices and my homemade blueberry oat muffins. Strawberries and half a orange.
Tomorrow I will be getting a new iphone so photos will be better soon!
Considering the fact that I worked 10 hours straight today between my two summer jobs, I think it’s safe to say that working out tonight is simply not an option.
